Roques Burrito Carlsbad New Mexico
This was a little hole in the wall with an amazing taste! There are flavors in New Mexico that I have never tasted anywhere else on the planet! They cook alot with a locally grown chili called Hatch chilies. They make red and green chili sauce out of these.
It tasted so flavorful. Fresh ingredients They made their red salsa with avocado which is phenomenal.
As good as the red sauce is the green is even better, the food was fresh and authentic.
