This appetizer was one for the books in Rome, It had a zucchini flower with creamy ricotta and crunchy streusel, a savory combination of vegetables and flaky puff pastry the eggplant croquettes and the deep -fried artichoke, all on one appetizer sampler platter.

As someone who grew up in Boston and lived in New York, I have been lucky enough to experience authentic Italian cuisine my entire life. But nothing could have prepared me for the shockingly delicious flavors of thid restaurant. Their carbonara is hands down the best I have ever tasted, with a decadent Parmesan crust baked on top to add a burst of flavor.

But that's not the only standout dish on our menu. Let your taste buds be mesmerized by the cacio e pepe, topped with a phenomenal Parmesan crust that elevates the dish to a whole new level.
