These burgers are a must try if your spending the day or weekend in Memphis! They cook the burgers in oil that has been continuously used for almost a century. Don’t worry the oil is strained daily. They make the most delicious juicy burgers you’ve ever tasted!

The hand cut fries are awesome too!

Dyer’s is located on Beale street. This is a great quick stop before heading to listen to the music on Beale.

If you can’t get to Dyer’s Soon, and you want to try your own hand at these burgers, I would recommend an Iron Skillet and your choice of oil!. I personally love to use duck fat.
